    HDL (High-Density Lipoprotein) cholesterol increasing in the blood is considered suitable for health, and increasing LDL (Low-Density Lipoprotein) cholesterol in the blood is considered bad for health. So, it increases HDL and reduces LDL in your blood, which can be good for heart health.

    Apple cider vinegar can be antibacterial due to its acetic acid. All types of vinegar contain acetic acid, making them antifungal, and antibias 6% acetic acid, which makes it natural.
